Have you received the wrong item or is something missing from your order?
Please contact us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to hear about problems within seven days of order receipt. If we stuffed up, we like to sort it out.
Our Mistake:
• If an item you ordered is missing, please double check your order before calling. Inspect packing materials carefully in case it's stuck inside the tube. It is easy for small items to get caught up in the packaging.
• Let us know which item(s) you received incorrectly or which items are missing. We will go over the situation with you.
• We will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve our mistake.
Your Mistake / Change of mind:
You placed an order for the wrong item/changed your mind:
• Please note there are NO RETURNS on made-to-order frame protection kits.
• For return of generic frame protection kits or accessories like crank boots and Frameskin Wrap chainstay tape, please ensure they are unused and in original packaging.
• Note: There are no returns on used or opened product.
• We do not refund the original shipping charges.
• You are responsible for paying return freight on returns.
How do I return an item?
You must contact us prior to returning an item and please note:
• You are responsible for return shipping charges.
• Frameskin cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
• Refunds will be made once the item(s) are received and inspected by us.
• We do not refund the original shipping charges.
• You are responsible for paying return freight on returns (Frameskin does not accept COD’s on returns)
If there are problems with manufacture of your kit, please contact us. If we cannot resolve your concerns via email, we may set up a return for unused products or replace the item at our complete discretion. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date on your invoice and the product must be returned in its original unused/uninstalled condition. You must pay return postage and insurance.
Once an item has been returned it will be inspected. Following this a refund or store credit may be issued.
If a refund has been agreed this will only be made once the products have been received back and inspected.
