Inc GST (Australia)

All Frameskin kits are custom-made on demand (upon order) and we ship once or more per week based on volume (Note:public holidays not withstanding). Standard orders are packaged in a postage tube and come complete with detailed installation instructions and a mini squeegee tool. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We suggest you group your items within one order. Due to production processes we may not be able group together orders placed separately, so please note shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. NOTE: Orders need to be received before noon on any production day in order to be sure we can make the items in your order and pack them in time to meet AusPost pickup (at 3pm). If your order is 'urgent' you should let us know by phone and also on your order so we can organise a custom dispatch. Giving us a heads up is always a good idea... We have a phone for this very reason!

Australian orders

Australian orders are dispatched with Australia Post via Standard eParcel or Express Post.

International Orders

International orders are generally shipped using Australia Post by Registered Post International Parcel. This is a non trackable service.
Express Courier International is our trackable service and it is faster.

Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery

Express International (trackable)

Express International is a reliable, cost-effective, international courier service.

It offers reliable door-to-door delivery of documents and goods to over 200 countries and territories within 2 to 4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. NOTE: Australia Post point out that this is an ESTIMATED delivery time between metro areas of major cities and EXCLUDES time in customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside their control either within Australia or in the destination country. This means it could take longer than any of us would reasonably expect. This gives us no joy of course, as we'd rather they guarantee a delivery window (but they won't).

Late/Lost Orders

A small number of orders have gone missing, or arrived very late since Frameskin commenced trading online (i.e. an order I dispatched to South Africa took 3 months to arrive!).

Unfortunately the situation is beyond our control and lies at the feet of the postal service. We cannot guarantee the postal service, so once it is in their hands it is beyond our control. We can do nothing should your order arrive late. 

Opting for a trackable delivery method is the best way to minimise risk of non-delivery.

Should your order become lost in the great void, we will support you as best we can through our Australia Post contacts. Should it turn out to be gone for good we and have two remedies (available at our sole discretion):

1. REFUND of your order, less postage fee and 25% of order items fee.

2. REPLACEMENT of your original order at a 60% discount PLUS postage.

Orders Returned to Sender

Some orders are returned to Frameskin as unclaimed. This means that the postal service have tried to deliver the package to your address and no-one has been there to receive and sign for it. It is standard practice for postal companies to leave a notice (or two) that a delivery attempt has been made, and that the recipient may need to attend the post office to collect their item. The package will remain with the postal service for a period of time (which varies between countries), after which they are deemed unclaimed and returned to sender.

There are no refunds for items that are returned to sender, so think carefully when nominating your delivery address.

Import duties, taxes and other charges.

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
International customers should check with their country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchase.
